Order Management

The Order Management service group contains functions that will allow you to perform order related operations such as get order info, status, update order status, remove items, confirm orders… etc.

Function Available for Platform(s) Description
Get Order Status All Get the order status by specified order number of existing order.
Cancel Order All Cancel order by specific order number.
Ship Order All Ship order by specific order number.
Order Confirmation All Notify Newegg to mark the orders you have downloaded. You will be able to exclude these downloaded orders in the Get Order Info API’s through OrderDownloaded filter.
Remove Item All Remove item from specified order. If all items removed from an order, order status becomes void. Note: Only supports orders that is fulfilled by seller.
Get Order Information Newegg.com Submit a request to get the orders from the account.
Get Order Information Neweggbusiness.com Submit a request to get the orders from the account.
Get Order Information Newegg.ca Submit a request to get the orders from the account.
Get SBN (Shipped by Newegg) Order Cancellation Request Result All Get the status of specified SBN (Shipped by Newegg) cancellation request.
Get Additional Order Information Newegg.com Retrieve the additional info for Newegg Global order including:

  • Additional order requirement for certain countries.
  • The original recipient information for orders shipped by NISP service.
  • The original recipient information inputted by international customers.
